Reader's Theater

Meet in Harvard Hall. A beginning look at the theatrical experience. Perhaps there is an actor in you just begging to step onstage. This class will offer a beginning look at the theatrical experience of developing a performance ensemble- how to speak, how to breathe, how to move, and ways to improve presentation skills in interpreting the potency within plays. The work of theater is to present life's experiences and emotions that great dramatic works evoke. Perhaps there is a performance in our future! Plays may include works by Sara Ruhl, August Wilson, T.S. Eliot, George Bernard Shaw, or others.
